So , it seems that the missing knife was not missing it was within the Defense evidence which was provided to this police witness that stated no knife was found under oath etc etc however she has to agree with Mr Findlay that the knife Defense ex 11 that they are a perfect match . Then Mr Turnbull tries his best to confuse the jury about what has just happened , that is the MISSING knife from the pouch was NOT MISSING AT ALL. So my question is not to SL sorry but i dont really care that she got somethings wrong as the big things she got right no doubt in my mind that this boy was mistreated by the Criminal Justice System. My question is to JANE HAMILITON who stated in many MSM outlets including the DR that this police officer evidence was that the Knife had never been found (look it up 16 Dec ). She also verbally states it in the trials in scotland docu . Now is that not a bit more important that the Media during this boys trial , Jane Hamilton lied to the Scottish public that a knife was missing and it is STILL missing when in fact not only the police officer on the witness stand concede the knife was found but so did Turnbull and the Judge - yet not one mention of that missing knife been found in the papers before verdict. She lied , she continued to lie throughout the last 20 years and all this to a child in Scotland.
